Processing and delivery time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days. If we experience a large volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In addition shipping delay (such as those caused by holidays) may affect your estimated delivery date.
customs duties and import charges
Designbyidav is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tax, VAT, etc.)
Order confirmation and tracking
once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us containing an order confirmation. Unfortunately we are unable to trak orders unless it is a large order, if applicable the email will include a tracking number.
Return a package?
In event that your order arrrives damaged in any way, please contact us at majgaardida@gmail-com with your order confirmation and a picture of the item's condition. We treat these on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory resolutiion
